Vice President Public Relations

Responsible for raising the club public profile and fostering club membership supporting the Vice President Membership.

Keeps eyes and ears open for opportunities to promote Northrise generally. Arranges for promotion of Toastmasters, mail outs, adverts, promotions. etc. Invites & pursues visitors to attend meetings. Maintains data base of prospects and follows up visitors and potential visitors by telephone between meetings. Advises VPM & Hospitality of expected visitors.

Promotes Northrise at the club venue, Massey University.

Prepares guest badges for all visitors. Makes guests feel at home

Periodically delivers 2min TM sessions keeping members informed.
